No. While Global Steel works with major industrial and engineering customers, our expanding offering also supports smaller businesses and individual customers. Whether you require ongoing production quantities, a specialist fabrication or a bespoke product, talk to our team about what you need.

Yes. Bespoke manufacturing is an important part of what we do. We work with customers to understand their requirements and develop practical manufacturing solutions, from individual components to complete fabricated products.

Our principal manufacturing capabilities include mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with the appropriate process selected according to the material, thickness and finished-product requirements. For medical Device, Pharma and Food Processing we typically use 316 Stainless Steel unless stated otherwise by the customer.

Global Steel operates 4kW and 6kW Bystronic fibre lasers, providing precision cutting for a wide range of steel and aluminium components with capacity up to 25 mm, subject to material and specification.

For the new website you have specified Global Steel’s waterjet capability as materials up to 150 mm thick. Waterjet is particularly useful for intricate components where a cold-cutting process is beneficial.

Yes. One of Global Steel’s strengths is the ability to bring several manufacturing processes together. Depending on the project, components can progress from cutting and CNC folding through skilled fabrication and ultimately powder coating or finishing.

Yes. Global Steel has an in-house powder-coating capability, including blasting and coating facilities. The new site can also highlight your 6-metre oven with 3-metre height capacity, allowing you to accommodate substantial fabricated products as well as smaller components.

Global Steel manufactures products and components for a diverse range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, data centres, environmental, agricultural, industrial and construction applications.

Simply contact the Global Steel team with as much information as you have about your requirement. Drawings, dimensions, material requirements, quantities and finishing specifications can all help us understand the project and prepare an appropriate quotation.

Talk to us. Many manufacturing projects begin with a requirement rather than a finished solution. Our team can discuss what you’re trying to achieve and determine how Global Steel’s manufacturing capabilities could support it.

Yes. Global Steel supports both bespoke requirements and repeat manufacturing programmes, with Right First Time quality and On-Time Delivery central to how we approach customer requirements.
